We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for an unwanted item returned within 30 days of receipt. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 30 days of delivery, irrespective of your chosen payment method.

Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.

If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.We offer a FREE pre-paid returns service on all UK orders through Royal Mail. You will need to contact us on info@theskinexperts.co.uk to obtain your returns label.

Step 1

Contact Customer Service within 30 days should you wish to return an item to get your FREE returns label to arrange an exchange.

Pack up your return in the original Skin Experts packaging (or equivalent) to ensure adequate protection in transit.

Step 3

Attach the printed address label obtained from our customer service team to your package from the shipping document that came with your order.

Step 4

Please take it to your nearest Post Office to use our FREE returns service. Please request a 'proof of postage' receipt and keep it safe until we have confirmed that your returns have arrived.

HOW TO USE

It is recommended to use Skinuva® Scar 2-3 weeks post procedure or when the incision site has closed. For optimal results, Skinuva® Scar should be used twice a day for 3-6 months. It may be used longer for more mature scars. Skinuva Scar works best on younger scars. Scars usually mature by one year, so the sooner the cream can be applied, more likely patients will see results. Skinuva Scar should be applied 2x day for a minimum of 3 months but can be used up to a year. Sunscreen may be used over it.

Growth Factors: Selective Growth Factors are the ingredients that elevate Skinuva Scar above all other scar treatment products. Our physician innovators tested and chose the most effective synthetic growth factors in the development of Skinuva Scar. These Growth Factors reduce redness, pigmentation, and thickening of the skin and also promote the correct type of collagen production needed for scarless wound healing. Silicone: Silicone has been a key ingredient in treating scars for decades. By creating a barrier on the skin, silicone promotes a hydrated environment for the skin to heal, and creates optimal conditions for Skinuva Scar's other products to take effect. Centella Asiatica: An herbal ingredient, this has long been used in Asian cultures for its exceptional wound-healing properties.
