Contact Customer Service within 30 days should you wish to return an item to get your FREE returns label to arrange an exchange.

Step 2

Pack up your return in the original Skin Experts packaging (or equivalent) to ensure adequate protection in transit.

Step 3

Attach the printed address label obtained from our customer service team to your package from the shipping document that came with your order.

Step 4

Please take it to your nearest Post Office to use our FREE returns service. Please request a 'proof of postage' receipt and keep it safe until we have confirmed that your returns have arrived.

How do I place a return or exchange?

Help! I can't find my return slip.

Don't worry—The Skin Experts packages don't include return slips. Just reach out to info@theskinexperts.co.uk, and we'll help you place your return or exchange.

What's your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 day timeframe, please reach out to info@theskinexperts.co.uk. The order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Gift cards are final sale. All items must be returned in a saleable condition for you to get your refund.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
