We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for an unwanted item returned within 30 days of receipt. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 30 days of delivery, irrespective of your chosen payment method.
Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.We offer a FREE pre-paid returns service on all UK orders through Royal Mail. You will need to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your returns label.
Contact Customer Service within 30 days should you wish to return an item to get your FREE returns label to arrange an exchange.
Pack up your return in the original Skin Experts packaging (or equivalent) to ensure adequate protection in transit.
Attach the printed address label obtained from our customer service team to your package from the shipping document that came with your order.
Please take it to your nearest Post Office to use our FREE returns service. Please request a 'proof of postage' receipt and keep it safe until we have confirmed that your returns have arrived.
How do I place a return or exchange?

Don't worry—The Skin Experts packages don't include return slips. Just reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll help you place your return or exchange.
What's your return policy?

The order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
