Step 1

Pack up your return in the original Skin Experts packaging (or equivalent) to ensure adequate protection in transit.

Attach the printed address label obtained from our customer service team to your package from the shipping document that came with your order.

Step 4

Please take it to your nearest Post Office to use our FREE returns service. Please request a 'proof of postage' receipt and keep it safe until we have confirmed that your returns have arrived.

Shake well then lightly soak a cotton pad with cleanser and sweep downwards over the eyelids and lashes. Rinse away any remaining residue with warm water. Can also be used on the lips.
