Step 1

Pack up your return in the original Skin Experts packaging (or equivalent) to ensure adequate protection in transit.

Attach the printed address label obtained from our customer service team to your package from the shipping document that came with your order.

Step 4

Please take it to your nearest Post Office to use our FREE returns service. Please request a 'proof of postage' receipt and keep it safe until we have confirmed that your returns have arrived.

HOW TO USE

Use only in the evening. Simply add 2-3 drops to your usual night cream or serum. For a more intensive effect, the booster can also be applied directly to the skin before layering with subsequent treatment products. As with all Retinols, the application should be phased in gradually. Wear sunscreen during the day.

A superstar product
I’ve used this product on a couple of times and I highly recommend it. The consistency is active yet gentle and it is user friendly with the recommendation of mixing two drops in your usual nighttime face cream.
This product has caused no peeling or irritation, yet despite this I can visibly see the smoother appearance to my complexion and over time, the overall quality of my 30+ skin.
