Step 1

Contact Customer Service within 30 days should you wish to return an item to get your FREE returns label to arrange an exchange.

Pack up your return in the original Skin Experts packaging (or equivalent) to ensure adequate protection in transit.

Attach the printed address label obtained from our customer service team to your package from the shipping document that came with your order.

Step 4

Please take it to your nearest Post Office to use our FREE returns service. Please request a 'proof of postage' receipt and keep it safe until we have confirmed that your returns have arrived.

HOW TO USE

Shake well before use. Twice a day, after cleansing, spray the tonic onto a cotton pad and swipe gently but thoroughly over the face, neck and décolleté, pressing any excess directly into the skin. Follow with your usual serum and/or moisturiser.
